Miyajima made a set of neon tubes, one set of red and one set of yellow numbers from 9 to 1, and hung them from the ceiling. These numbers count down from 9 to 1, then they all light up, and when the number is 0, they all go out at once. And the process is repeated. The speed of the red neon countdown is different from the speed of the yellow neon countdown, so the numbers go on and off through the space as if they were interacting with each other.
