This artwork consists of a grid-like arrangement of square mirrors. Among them, half of the mirrors are equipped with LEDs that count numbers from 9 to 1. Mirrors with numbers and mirrors without numbers come together to flat like mirror, reflecting the surrounding circumstances and also reflecting the viewers who observe it.
The LEDs are full-color and perform a countdown from 9 to 1, without displaying 0, and then return to 9 to repeat the cycle. However, when it returns to 9, the color changes and the countdown speed also varies. When counting from 0 to 1, it represents "life," and when it disappears at 0, it symbolizes "death." The changing colors and speeds during the repetition express the eternal concept of reincarnation.
The unique concept of time and perspective on Life inherent in the artwork intertwines with the ever-changing surrounding circumstances reflected in the mirrors and the unique individual perception of time among the viewers, weaving the relationship between "Life" and the "Environment" that continues to generate and transform.
