The image of an endless countdown is expressed using numbered beads.
The speed of the countdown is determined by the spacing between each numbered bead—shorter distances represent a faster countdown, while longer distances indicate a slower one. The black tube-shaped beads placed in between represent "Ku" or "0."
The word beads originally comes from the meaning of “prayer.” The counting of numbers represents the repetition of life and death—a symbol of eternal life. In other words, this work is a prayer dedicated to the eternity of life.
